Shipping and Delivery Policy

  1. Shipping Coverage
    We deliver to most pincodes across India. Deliveries are fulfilled through reliable courier partners.
  2. Order Processing & Dispatch Time
    All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 4 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after order confirmation.
    Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  3. Delivery Timelines
    Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:
    Delhi NCR: 1 to 3 business days.
    Rest of India (Metro & Major Cities): 3 to 5 business days.
    Rest of India (Other Regional Areas): 5 to 7 business days.
    (Note: Delivery tracking updates will be shared via Email/SMS/WhatsApp once dispatched.)
  4. Shipping Charges
    Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total weight and dimensions of the ordered products, as well as the delivery location.
    The exact delivery charge will be clearly calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you make the final payment.
  5. Order Tracking
    Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID and courier link will be sent to your registered email address and WhatsApp number so you can track your shipment in real time.
  6. Damaged or Delayed Shipments
    If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe or arrives with visible outer packaging damage, please contact our support team within 48 hours with your order number.
