- Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, in its original packaging with all seals intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Products that have been opened, used, damaged due to improper handling, or cannot be safely resold due to hygiene/medical safety requirements do not qualify for return. - Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs/videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. - Return Shipping & Fees
Defective/Wrong Items: We will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a reverse pickup where available.
Change of Mind Returns: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. No restocking fees are charged. - Refund Process & Method
Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during purchase (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet).
Eligible refunds are initiated within 5 to 7 business days after inspection. - Order Cancellations
